When King Charles greeted members of the public on Easter Sunday, the handshakes and smiles were more than friendly greetings for a monarch making his first significant public outing since word spread of his cancer diagnosis in early February.
The King was in high spirits as he shook hands with dozens who had lined up outside St George s Chapel to greet the him in his first significant appearance since his diagnosis.
King Charles sat in the Sovereign s Seat inside St George s Chapel today, while the Royal Family sat in the stalls, as per tradition, during the Easter Sunday service.
