ATCHISON COUNTY Law enforcement authorities are investigating a man in connection with an incident in Atchison.On Wednesday, police responded to the 1500 Block of Applegate Drive in Atchison. They arrested 29-year-old James W. Duhon, Rushville Mo, on a requested charge of domestic battery, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.In 2018, Police arrested Duhon on a requested charge of aggravated assault and in 2017 on a requested charge for marijuana possession, according to online jail records.
