Accelya Solutions India Limited has, through a Deed of Apartment, sold the premises situated at Apartment Nos. A-6, A-7, A8, A-9, A-10 and A-11 admeasuring approx. 22,020 sq. ft. i.e. 2,045 sq. mts. for Rs. 13.10 crores.
The Board has approved the allotment of 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs.5/- each of the Company, fully paid-up, pursuant to the conversion of preferential warrants into equity, to the Mr. Jagdish Kumar Arora and Mr. Deepak Arora, Promoters allottees.
