Agartala, July 1 (UNI) The opposition CPI-M and Congress blamed the collective failure on the part of management and the administration in the chariot tragedy on June 28 last at Kumarghat in Unokoti district of North Tripura, in which as many as seven people, including three children, were killed and at least 20 injured.
