12 robbers released on bail wanted over spate of crimes

Twelve suspected armed robbers, including two ex-policemen who were released on bail pending appeal at the High Court last year, are now on police’s most wanted list for committing a spate of robberies in and around Harare and skipping bail.
A manhunt for the 12, and other wanted suspects, has since been launched.
Some are believed to have skipped the country to evade arrest since March last year.
They were once arrested but disappeared after being granted bail by the courts, resulting in warrant of arrests being issued against them.
In Zimbabwe, a jilted woman allegedly killed her husband with a brick before hanging the body on a tree to make it look like he committed suicide.
Zim Trending reports that Tabeth Mutungwa (45)Â allegedly killed her husband Webster Zhuwaka by striking his head with a brick after she accused him of cheating on her.
Mutungwa was not asked to plead when she appeared before Magistrate Rumbidzai Mugwagwa facing murder charges.
It is the stateâs case that on the 8th of December, Mutungwa and her now-deceased husband had an altercation after she accused her husband of cheating on him. The altercation turned violent as Mutungwa started to attack Zhuwaka with a brick.
