that reporting and president joe biden once again calling on congress to act on gun violence following that mass shooting yesterday. in a post on twitter the president said he and the first lady are praying for the lives lost and too many americans are paying the price for inaction with their lives he ended the post asking, quote, when will republicans in congress act to protect our communities. meanwhile both republican senators from kentucky posted their condolences to victims and their families senior senator mitch mcconnell wrote they were devastated by the news senator rand paul wrote he and his wife are praying for everyone involved, adding, quote, our hearts break for those families involved with lives lost the justice department has filed a request in the federal appeals court. they re seeking to halt that ruling from a texas judge on friday that would block the fda s decades old approval of the drug mifepristone. as of now that ruling set to go into effect by the end of the
laboratories, one of the sponsors of christo and ask the fifth circuit to put judge catamarans ruling on hold and poppy to do it by saying tomorrow or wednesday, so that if they don t get that kind of state from the fifth circuit there at the supreme court by wednesday or thursday, with this ruling set to go into effect otherwise at midnight friday night. but i m just fascinated by all of this in the fifth circuit could be very challenging for them. but you re saying that supreme court could get in really, really fast. yeah i think the problem here and this is something that s a technical point. but it s one that s really important to stress at this stage. the question is not whether judge kaczmarek was right. the question is should his role and be allowed to go into effect while the courts figure out whether he was right, and that analysis puppy includes not just the substance of his rule in but who s going to be harmed? what are the balance of the equities ? that s the language the c
