This is the last week of the old Church Leadership Connection (CLC) system, following a summer-long transition of the online placement system to a new one. According to the Rev. Manuel Silva-Esterrich, manager of Call Process Support in the Office of the General Assembly, on September 1 all access to the old system will shut down. From that date forward, “only CLC administrators will be able to access the old system.”
The Office of the General Assembly has launched the new Church Leadership Connection (CLC), the internet-based matching and referral system of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Beginning today, call seeking individuals and call providers can access the new system at clc.pcusa.org.
Church Leadership Connection (CLC) has been bringing call seekers, congregations, mid councils and other church groups together to fill open calls since 1995. This spring, the denomination’s internet-based matching and referral system is finalizing a comprehensive upgrade. Not only will the new system be more efficient. It will also be more inclusive and easier to access.
