Ruhunu Hospital invests Rs 1.5 billion in opening its new wing; Ruhunu 2.0

Ruhunu Hospital a leading private sector healthcare provider in the Southern Province with a rich history of more than 25 years, launched its latest investment in a state- of -the –art nine-storied modern facility themed under Ruhunu 2.0 (Newer - Better - Stronger), which comprises of 100,000 sqft.
The new wing has 50+ channel rooms, 50+ in-patient beds, out-patient department and emergency treatment unit, pharmacy, phlebotomy room (blood and urine sample collection), radiology department, two operation rooms, two ultra luxury suites (Kings Court and Presidential Suite) and as a novel introduction; the information and admission counter is first of its kind in the province. A structured team will be assisting consultants and patients in giving correct information whilst assisting the patients through his or her in- patient experience from inception till departure. Under the first stage,
