The uphill battle to address the issues in Koeberg Road in Brooklyn has allegedly fallen on deaf ears as fuming community members demand action to be taken.
This after years of illegal activities in the area, with the constant struggle to curb the issues, chairperson of the Brooklyn, Ysterplaat and Rugby Residents’ Association (Byrra), Fay Vogel, says.
