the d.c. police chief issued the alert following a pair of attacks in the district. jay korff with why these suspects are dangerous. authorities are saying this person is praying and stealing from elderly residents. one of the victims was punched in the face. you can help solve these crimes by taking a close look at this video. the man caught on this surveillance video may be responsible for attacking elderly residents. the fact we have had two of these gives us extreme concern. police say this video shows the suspects standing at the front desk. soon after he signed in and walked away he entered the apartment of an elderly resident by saying he was a maintenance worker. once inside he tied up and assaulted the victim and fled with money and property. she lived right down the hall from me. she said the victim is a frail woman in her 90 s. he said, shut up, i should put a bag over your head. it is sickening for somebody to prey on elderly people. a similar atta
