and i forced him into the ditch area with my vehicle. off camera, deputy comit rams the suspect and his car is immobilized. but the driver won t wave the pulls out his gun and starts blasting. they see deputy come in and engage in gunfire. we are all screaming to put the gun down. we can see the gun, the gun was pointed in our direction. i know we had fired rounds. it was undetermined whose round killed him at that time. after a heated exchange of fire, killed at the scene. but the officers are all fine.
