SCARBOROUGH Ronan Flynn’s second goal of the game with 3.6 seconds remaining gave Thornton Academy a 4-3 win over Scarborough in a boys’ lacrosse game Thursday night.
Tae Delaware scored 8:00 into the contest and Owen Leadley added a pair of second-quarter goals as Scarborough (5-2) took a 3-2 halftime lead.
Ethan LeBlanc and Alex St. John also scored for Thornton (5-3).

KENNEBUNK 14, THORNTON ACADEMY 3: Ruby Sliwkowski scored four goals to lead the Rams (7-0) past the Golden Trojans (2-4) at Saco.

FREEPORT Anthony Panciocco went 3 for 4 and scored three runs, and Nathan Abbott was 3 for 4 with three RBI as Freeport remained undefeated with a 12-6 baseball win Friday against Morse.
Morse (1-2) took a 4-3 lead with four runs in the top of the third inning, paced by Gabe Aucoin’s two-run double, but the Falcons (8-0) answered with five in the bottom half.
Brogan Shaw was 2 for 2 with a two-run homer for Morse.
GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 2, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 1: Dylan Henry singled to lead off the bottom of the sixth and scored the go-ahead run on a double play as the Patriots (2-5) edged the Seagulls (4-4) in Gray.

CUMBERLAND Brady Nolin pitched a no-hitter in his first varsity start as Greely shut out Fryeburg Academy 1-0 Tuesday in baseball.
Nolin struck out eight and walked two for the Rangers (1-1) .
Cooper Neleski singled to open the bottom of the seventh and pinch-runner Sam Almy scored.
The Hawks were playing their first game.
MARSHWOOD, SANFORD SPLIT: TJ Curley hit an RBI single to drive in Jake Lamontagne in the bottom of the 13th as the Spartans (1-2) beat the Hawks (1-2) 3-2 to take Game 1 of a doubleheader at Sanford.
