Ruby Gray and Dileona Taylor are charged with aggravated cruelty to animals after dogs found dead at Lynnfield Apartments in east Memphis on June 24, 2022.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our late brother Dennis Shapwaykeesic Jr. of Whitesand First Nation on March 1, 2021. He was 65 years of age.
Dennis was predeceased by his father Dennis Shapwaykeesic Sr. and his mother Marceline Shapwaykeesic (Wanakamik), brothers Theodore and Justin. His sisters Linda, Darlene, Doris and Denise.
He is survived by his siblings Yvonne (Henry), Wayne (Maryjane) Jeanette, Lucy (Tom), Valerie and his daughter Ruby Gray and his grandchildren. Also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews whom he all adored.
Funeral services will begin for visitation at Sargent & Son, Court Street Thunder Bay, on Thursday March 11, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Ten people allowed only. Visitation will continue at Armstrong Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church on Thursday from 4-6 p.m. for community members. After 6 p.m., a short service will be rendered by family only. Video will be an option.

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (TNN) - Wichita Falls Cinemark Theatres saw an increase in guests for the Christmas Day opening of Wonder Woman 1984.
âThis is something I like to do so Iâm very excited,â said Oscar Cruzalegui, moviegoer, Wichita Falls Cinemark Theaters. Christmas Day is more than just about opening presents, going to the movies is a tradition that lots of families are happy to have back.
