Akuapem Poloo granted ¢80k bail An Accra Criminal Court, presided over by Justice Mrs Ruby Aryeetey, has granted bail to actress Rosemond Brown, alias Akuapem Poloo, to the tune of GH¢80,000 with three sureties. As part of Akuapem Poloo’s bail conditions, the court ordered that she is to report to the police investigator every two weeks, as well deposit her passport with the court registry . The court further instructed that Akuapem Poloo can only travel with the express permission of the court. The bail was granted pending appeal against her 90 days jail sentence. An Accra Circuit Court, presided over by Her Honour Mr Christina Cann, last week handed the actress a 90 days jail sentence for posting naked pictures of herself and her son on social media.
