The number of legionnaires cases has jumped in the last 24 hours. 65 people are infected from the disease, up from 57 cases last night. The death toll has risen from three to four and test results show five buildings are now affected. Cbs 2 news dave carlin tells us how investigators are trying to stop the outbreak.
