KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 24 The move to restrict alcohol sales for three days in parts of George Town during Thaipusam celebration is not new, said Penang Hindu Endowment Board (PHEB).
GEORGE TOWN: This year, more than one million people are expected to gather at the three-day Thaipusam celebration, as many will come from near and far to fulfil their vows.
