Lawyers representing Datuk Wan Saiful Wan Jan told the Sessions Court on Monday (May 8) they had sent a letter to the prosecution contending that there are legal issues with graft charges against the former information chief of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia.

Kuala Lumpur: The Sessions Court here Thursday fixed May 30 to decide whether to acquit or call former Labuan Member of Parliament (MP) Datuk Rozman Isli to enter his defence, in relation to a charge of using his position to obtain an employment contract for Labuan Liberty Port Management Sdn Bhd (LLPM).
