Through a Spanish interpreter, Circuit Judge Anthony Tatti adjudicated Royniel Fabelo-Cedeno guilty on Tuesday on four counts of destruction of computer equipment to defraud or obtained property; two counts of criminal mischief more than $1,000 damage; and once count each of unlawful use of two way communications device, unlawful possession of personal identification, use of scanning device or re-encoder to defraud, and forgery of credit card.

Suspect in Marion County gas pump skimming case returned to Ocala A Tampa man has returned to Marion County to face numerous counts of tampering with a gas pump panel in Marion County. Royniel Fabelo-Cedeno faces 12 counts of possession of a skimming device; three counts of destruction to or theft of computer equipment; four counts of unlawful use of scanning device to defraud; four counts of unlawful use of a two-way communications device and two counts of criminal mischief. Last month, the 31-year-old Tampa man was picked up in Hillsborough County on Marion County warrants involving an ongoing investigation into skimming devices. He was held at the Hillsborough County Jail.
