Gilberto Cabrera has filed a negligence lawsuit against Crazy Eyes Holdings LLC d/b/a Ojos Locos after suffering injuries from a broken chair at their sports cantina in Houston earlier this year. Seeking up to $1 million in damages for medical expenses and other losses, Cabrera accuses the company of failing to maintain safe premises for its patrons.
