Me, too. I’ve been obsessively watching Stanley Tucci’s Searching for Italy travel series on TV. It’s a constant reminder of my love for Italian wines and, along with the wine, travel. There may be a pandemic, but a woman can still dream. First stop: Ricasoli, a sprawling, ancient estate dating back more than 1,000 years near Gaiole in Chianti, a pretty town located in the heart of Tuscany, southeast of Florence. Tuscany is famous for its Chianti Classico, a red wine made from Sangiovese grapes that owes a nod to one Barone Bettino Ricasoli.
