DTE and Consumers Powers provide that service free. Maybe because they can? Royal Oak has a brand new City Hall and Police Headquarters. In my opinion, while some of the ROPD are excellent, others are easily manipulated and can t seem to distinguish fact from fiction. My family has resided in Royal Oak for almost 55 years, which is longer than most ROPD officers have probably been alive. As a member of the bar for 42 years, my opinion is that Royal Oak residents deserve better. New City Manager Brake seems to be professional and competent. In my opinion, Royal Oak needs to up its game in the neighborhoods, Royal Oak is more than the Central Business District.

The artwork now lives in a thoroughfare of the new Royal Oak City Hall where those passing through can admire its intricate details. The interactive public art project features more than 400 pieces that fit together like a puzzle.
