ROYAL OAK Royal Oak Schools has earned one of the highest ratings for a tobacco-free environment from the Alliance of Coalitions for Healthy Communities.
The good news is that fewer high school students report vaping nicotine in e-cigarettes in a recent national government survey. The bad news: 10 percent of middle and high school students reported some form of tobacco product use, with e-cigarettes being the most popular.
