ROYAL OAK, MI Mike Conrad, a media teacher at Royal Oak High School, was awarded the 2021 Michigan Film Educator of the year Award by Digital Arts Film & Television, the district announced Monday.
Conrad, who has taught at the high school for 11 years, was recognized via a surprise Zoom organized by DAFT President Kevin Walsh. We are so proud of you, Royal Oak Schools Superintendent Mary Beth Fitzpatrick said, according to a news release. You re a blessing to our students and our program. You are among the best to influence our children.
