A city man who has given a staggering 32 years of continuous service to Plymouth RNLI has finally stepped down from his role as the Plymouth Coxswain following an illustrious career.
Larger than life character, 69-year-old Dave Milford, symbolically handed over the keys of the lifeboat to new coxswain and mechanic Simon Jeffery on April 23 and is set to enjoy a very well earned retirement.
