PHNOM PENH (Xinhua): Cambodia's Royal Group Power Company Ltd (RGP) and Singapore's Keppel Energy Pte Ltd (KE) have inked a power purchase agreement for the sale and export of one gigawatt (GW) of renewable energy generated in Cambodia to Singapore, according to a press statement on Thursday (March 16).
