MARLBORO A Marlboro man and two others robbed two Medway men of three pairs of high-end sneakers including a pair of Nike Air Force 1 Travis Scott kicks that carry a retail value of $2,400 last week in what appears to be retaliation to another shoe deal gone bad, authorities here said.
Lucca Drummond, 18, turned himself in to the Marlboro Police Department on Wednesday, police spokesman Sgt. Zachary Attaway said Friday.
On Jan. 21, the two victims agreed to meet someone they met on Snapchat at the Royal Crest Apartments off Hosmer Street in Marlboro to sell some rare sneakers.
Included in the deal were a pair of Nike Air Force 1 Travis Scott sneakers ($2,500), Air Jordan Space Jam sneakers ($340), and a pair of Adidas Yeezy Belugas ($370), the sergeant said.
