A judge had a firm warning for B.C. Supreme Court jurors Monday after a pathologist s inadvertent slip.
Dr. John Stefanelli was called by the Crown to testify at the second-degree murder trial of Stephen Roe, who stabbed David Holditch to death at the Aberdeen Esso in February 2006.
The jury was told at the start of the trial the only issue will be whether Roe meant to kill Holditch when he stabbed him six times - including once to the heart - with a long-bladed dagger.
Just hours before the violence, Roe had learned Holditch had been flirting with Kyla Regnier, who was Roe s girlfriend at the time.
