FAIRFIELD Jelly Belly has been kicking off the holiday season in the city for 21 years with a festive tree-lighting.
The 32-foot tree was set up a few days ago, the parade route mapped and the candy factory decorated for Christmas. Hundreds came out Saturday to see the tree light up.
