Rowan Gillam went blind after a horrible motorcycle accident in Brisbane in 2020. He had to have part of his skull removed and suffered a stroke which led to him losing his eyesight.

A young boy who was involved in a horrific motorcycle crash that left him in a coma has made a miraculous physical recovery, but his devastated parents say he could be blind for the rest of his life. Rowan was placed into an induced coma at Queensland Children s Hospital with critical head injuries, including swelling on his brain, with fears he would die.
