Zach grew up in Columbus, Georgia. He stepped into the working world as a seasonal and weekend employee at the Lawhorn Scouting Base, Flint River Council BSA, while in high school. The role involved teaching lessons in conservation skills and progressed professionally into consecutively higher positions allowing him the opportunity to coordinate weekend facility scheduling and programming for rental groups. This experience led him to study Recreation Administration and Public Policy Leadership at the University of Mississippi.

Melissa is a Texas native who grew up in Houston and graduated from the University of Texas. She started her career in the Austin financial services industry and enjoyed helping people in the community make sound, informed financial decisions. She grew up watching her grandparents run their own business and knew ultimately that she wanted to do the same.
Melissa Fleming is co-owner of the Fleming & Conway Allstate Agency. She and her business partner, Kelly Conway, have been helping clients for the past ten years with their home, auto, commercial, and supplemental benefits insurance needs. Their agency was voted 2020 Austin Best of the Best Insurance Agent and recognized as a Top 100 Commercial Producer

LeeAnn is a lifelong Texan, growing up in the pineywoods of Lufkin. She is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where she studied Community Health before beginning her career with Baylor Scott and White Health in College Station. In 2017, she made her way to Austin.
LeeAnn has been an Ambassador since 2019. Her favorite part of being an Ambassador is meeting other members of the Round Rock community and navigating them through all the chamber has to offer. She sees it as a really unique way to get to know all sorts of different businesses and community members.

Sandra was born in Chicago, Illinois, but was not there long. Her mom, a native of Puerto Rico, hated the cold weather! Leaving Chicago, they moved to Mexico City where she lived until she was ten before returning to the states and residing in California where most of her family lived.
Escaping the rat race of southern California, Sandra and her husband Joe moved here from San Diego in 1992 with hopes and plans that Joe would play music professionally and Sandra would jump into the food and beverage industry. It didn t take long for Joe to get plugged into the music scene and Sandra accepted a position as a property manager in the Round Rock area.
