TWO of the cases heard at Salisbury Magistrates Court: SCOTT MORGAN LLOYD, aged 29, of Hernog Close, Llandrindod Wells in Wales, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. The incident was recorded on August 27 last year when Lloyd was responsible for a Ford Transit along Glendale Road in Durrington, with 67 microgrammes of alcohol in every 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £80 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 40 days. CAMERON MACKAY, aged 33, of Rougemont Close, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting an NHS nurse by beating in Salisbury on January 22. As reported on our website, he had previously reported not guilty. Mackay was ordered to pay compensation of £150.
A MAN was ordered to pay £150 after assaulting an NHS nurse in Salisbury. Cameron Mackay, of Rougemont Close, pleaded guilty to assaulting the emergency worker by beating who, together with security staff, was trying to get him to leave hospital property on January 22. Mackay had previously pleaded not guilty to assaulting an emergency worker, causing a nuisance on NHS property and disorderly behaviour, but changed his plea at Salisbury Magistrates Court on March 1. Magistrates ordered the 33-year-old to pay £150 in compensation.
