Dumbarton Sheriff Court, where Daniel Owens and Dawn O Connor denied charges of theft A MAN and woman have appeared in court in connection with the alleged theft of two cars in Clydebank. Daniel Owens, 39, and 36-year-old Dawn O’Connor are accused of committing a series of thefts in the town and in Glasgow over four days in June of last year. They deny all the charges. Prosecutors claim the pair broke into a house in Queen Mary Crescent overnight on June 7-8 and stole a car key, a purse, bank cards, a watch, a key, a keyring, a garden light and £300 in cash – and then stole a car from outside.
