Leigh martinez . Reporter authorities have identified the victim as being a resident of discovery bay. Up until this afternoon, the boat she was on was still out there in the Delta Southwest dusky beach. Originally, the call came in as a hit and run. Authorities say the occupants of the other boat are cooperating with the investigation. This is video from the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Office of its Crime Scene Investigation in the delta. At 7 15 saturday, to boats collided near ski beach. We dont know how these two boats collided in the water. We dont know who hit who. Reporter the impact was severe, five people on board this both suffered injuries and one woman died. She has been identified as 24 yearold kelly blake. The second boat in the collision left the scene but called in the accident.
