[inaudible] theres only one that can administer anesthesia. So we developed a program from the Ge Foundation and with collaboration with the u. S. University, university intensity, to train doctors to be able to administer anesthesia. And we hope that this program can increase the number of Health Workers that can administer anesthesia to solve that problem in most of the rural places. Just this week, the same problem, just going back to the republic of south sudan, having completed that training in kenya. And you might wonder what is that . It sounds like such a small number are believe it or not the country has only three for the 10 Million People before this program started. So its a huge increase based on what they had before. But then theres another big problem that we face in the hospitals, whether its from the government, for the technologies that i introduce there are whether theyre coming in more than two years.
