At the Feb. 21 Rotary Club of Kirksville meeting, Community Action Partnership of Northeast Missouri Client Advocate Andrea Thurman spoke about the services available for low income and homeless individuals in the five counties they service: Adair, Clark, Knox, Schuyler and Scotland. The services involve providing electricity, food, clothing and temporary housing. CAPNEMO, which also sponsors Head Start, is funded by grants and fundraising.
