KALAMAZOO, MI Don’t be shocked if you see chainsaws cutting down hundreds of trees in a nature preserve this spring in Southwest Michigan.
Trees at The Nature Conservancy’s Ross Coastal Plain Marsh Preserve are coming down in the coming weeks. It’s part of a larger plan to support the local ecosystem, according to press release from the conservancy.
