In one, according to the Ross County Prosecutor s Office, on December 9th 31-year-old Jeffrey A. Adkins of Bainbridge (aka Buggie ) was seen entering a car on East Main Street in Bainbridge through a broken sunroof. A sheriff s deputy found him rifling through the center console and arrested him on outstanding warrants.but Adkins said he needed his wallet from a tool bag in the car. The wallet had been stolen from elsewhere, and contained a Master Card, so he was charged with receiving stolen property.
On July 11th, Adkins had been found lying on a couch in a woman s Bainbridge apartment, apparently high on drugs. He fled after she yelled at him, and had not been found by law enforcement until December.
