KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 3 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s application to allow new evidence to be adduced in his appeal over his 12 years’ jail sentence and a fine of RM210 million for misappropriating RM42 million SRC International Sdn Bhd funds, will be heard a day before the Court of Appeal.
KUALA LUMPUR: Just a day before the Court of Appeal is scheduled to decide next week on the fate of his appeal against a conviction for misappropriating RM42mil of SRC International Sdn Bhd funds, Datuk Seri Najib Razak has been granted a chance to show new evidence that might help him.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has asked the Court of Appeal to allow new evidence to be included in his appeal against his conviction, fine and jail sentence for misappropriating RM42 million from former 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) subsidiary SRC.
