It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Roy Sved on November 9, 2023, at the age of 89. He will be greatly missed by his partner of 38 years, Bernice Dawd, sons Bryan and Dave, grandchildren Zach and Kyra. Predeceased by his daughter Kitt.
Our dearly loved mother and grandmother Irma Anneli Nowosad (nee Romppai) passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday October 16, 2023 at 89 years of age. Irma was born to Finnish immigrants, who met in Thunder Bay.
Mr. Daniel Pozihun, aged 91 years, passed away peacefully on October 8th, 2023. Dan was born on June 7, 1932 in Port Arthur, Ontario to Peter and Margaret Pozihun - a family well known for their love of Ukrainian dancing.
