A group of residents want a final solution to the problems at Rosendal Dam and are willing to make this happen, even if they do a lot of the work themselves.
Residents were shocked to find scores of dead fish washing ashore the Rosendal Dam over the past few days, the pungent smell of their death still heavy in the air.
The scores of dead fish and birds found at Rosendal Dam recently weren’t killed by pollution or any other sinister cause, the City of Cape Town has confirmed.
