that was telling from the opening arguments the prosecution created its own and better case rather than one it had. it told the jury it would show that rittenhouse shot rosenbaum when he was running away and shot him in the back. the evidence showed rosenbaum was pursuing rittenhouse when he was shot. those were the glaring inconsistencies that destroyed the credibility of the prosecution. this was a triumph of cameras in the courtroom. people didn t have to read through the filter. media. the media accounts omitted most facts supporting self-defense. that s why everyone was surprised when they started to watch the trial. they learned about all of these facts that had never appeared. in the mainstream coverage. sean: it s nice to get
as a young man as an innocent, an acquitted, as a not guilty youngs man who clearly, clearly defended himself when he was attacked. thank god that the jury came to it and be they noticed. now the kyle rittenhouse defense team says putting the 18-year-old on the stand was a no-brainer giving rittenhouse the chance to explain that he felt his life was in danger, firing in self-defense. i just don t see that it was a case about self-defense. the right to protect ones self from, you know, mr. rosenbaum. i don t want to speak over the dead, but he wasn t a nice person, and everybody knows why. and a lot of that didn t come in front of the jury. so much information in this case. lots of videos. lots of pictures from that night in question. the 12-person jury deliberates for 20 hours looking at all of that evidence. two mistrial motions hanging over that high profile case.
