"The Teddy Boy look" began in 1950's England when young men wore clothing inspired by the dandies of the Edwardian era. They were originally named "Cosh boys" until the Daily Express shortened 'Edwardian' to 'Teddy' for a headline in 1953, changing history.
Kathleen R. Cosgrove (Cathi), 78, of Gordon, WI, in the arms of her 3 children, Maureen Hyde (Sean), Michael Mac Coy, and Meghan Edwards crossed over Sunday, January 9th. Daughter of Anthony and Rose Price, sister of Robert (Celia) and Larry (Sharon) Price and Jean Doolittle. She received her nursing license in 1963 with a career mainly in pediatrics prior to owning the Red Lake Resort in Wascott, WI. She married the first love of her life in June of 1965 with whom she had her 3 beloved children. She was blessed with 7 grandchildren (Christian, Brekken, Jaiden, Nevaeh, Carter, Carsen, & Dillon), whom affectionately referred to her as “Grandma Froggy”. In knowing Cathi, you’d have known how she came to have the name bestowed upon her. Cathi had the biggest heart ever as she continuously gave of herself to all those who crossed her path.
