The Thames Valley District School Board has announced a new case of COVID-19 coming out of Lockeâs Public School in St. Thomas.
The positive case was confirmed by Southwestern Public Health and Thames Valley immediately notified staff, and parents and guardians of all Lockeâs students.
SWPH is currently investigating the case and is in the process of identifying close contacts.
There are currently 4 active cases at Davenport Public School, 2 at Summersâ Corners Public School, 2 case at Parkside Collegiate Institute, and 1 case each at June Rose Callwood Public School, Mitchell Hepburn Public School, John Wise Public School, Kettle Creek Public School, Eva Circe Cote French Immersion Public School, and East Elgin Secondary School.
Parkside Collegiate Institute Westfield Public School (two cases) London Central Secondary School London South Collegiate Institute Only those identified as close contacts will be notified and advised to quarantine for 14 days.
