The centers for Disease Control and prevention report more than 600 cases of the more contagious covid19 variants from the united kingdom, brazil and south africa across 33 states. According to the latest forecast models, an estimated 631,000 americans would have died from covid19 by june 1st. The mounting of a real federal response to the covid pandemic for the first time comes alongside the Historic Second Impeachment Trial of the former president who failed and refused to lead that fight. Has been widening his lead in the undecideds states that could get him to 270 electoral votes. In georgia, he is up i 4400 votes right now. In nevada, the margin is wider with more than 22,000. In pennsylvania, joe bidens lead is up to 29,000 votes. Any one of those estates will give him enough Electoral College votes to win the presidency. Even as more ballots being counted, the electoral map has not changed it today. Joe biden leads a president ial race with 264 Electoral College votes. President trump has 214 of the 270 votes needed to win the white house. As account continues, there is an intense focus on which a state could push joe biden of the top.
