But at the airport were down to 42minute delays. Thats an improvement from over an hour, just last hour. 49 in the city, its 47 in san jose, 50 in oakland, and from this vantage point, you can see the low cloud deck. 39 in napa, 50 in livermore. We do have a winter watch in effect. You can see the snow in the sierra nevada. We need so much more and it is on the way. Cloudy today. Looking at mostly cloudy skies midday. A few peeks of sun. It will be a cooler afternoon, but it will be dry. Take advantage of that because were expecting very heavy rain and gusty wind at times tomorrow. We have a stalled bus on the bay bridge in one of the right lanes, westbound on the San Francisco side of the bridge. That is all the way across and is causing slow traffic not only on the span but also at the toll plaza. I want to show you that traffic is barely moving. Sometimes we look at this and you can see that it is slow but moving along. Look at those cars. They look like they are absolutely at a standstill. This is a major problem for the bridge. They have slowed of those metering lights down because traffic on the bridge has become very slow. I would not recommend at this point using the bay bridge into San Francisco. I would recommend maybe taking bart or maybe use 880 to get down to the san mateo bridge which is not that bad right now. You have a window of opportunity to use the san mateo bridge or perhaps think about using t

All we have is very vague description, four occupants they are spanishspeaking from the hayward area and reports initially are a white vehicle but we have not confirmed a make or model. They are saying multiple occupants in the vehicle. Reporter chp do not have an update at this point on the suspect vehicle. You heard it was a white sedan possibly multiple occupants. The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous. They are asking anyone to tell investigators if they saw anything. The suspects are dangerous so do not approach them. Back to the traffic impact, turning to the right you can see chp forcing traffic off of i880 southbound getting off at lewelling boulevard. They do not want anybody driving through, they are currently scanning the area so they can aid in a potential prosecution as this goes forward. We are hearing 10 00 in the morning the earliest they will get i880 reopened southbound and keep in mind there is construction still so there a

From the exploritorium, you can see the embarcadero and fog and light braise and the day planner shows early on we have clouds and fog and coastal clouds by noon and by 4 00 into the evening it is nothing but sun toking out in the lower 90s and lower 80s in the bay and mid60s at the coast. Early on there is fog but otherwise you are good to go by the afternoon. On the roads this morning, what do you have . Light conditions. Folks left bay area yesterday but we have another round of get away travelers later on today. Here is a look at 101 in both directions, it is light as we head up to 580 you can see in the dance the outline of the clouds as you get closer to the waldo and through the Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco it is going to be foggy as drew was saying but the clouds are not enough to make it rain.
