Harris perry. Police departments say theyre on alert after a gunman attacked a Philadelphia Police officer on thursday night, wounding the officer. Police say 30yearold Edward Archer approached the officer in a car late thursday night and opened fire. Officer harnette was struck three times and remained in critical, but stable, condition.
