A COVID Christmas by Roma Patel, Wimbledon High School 25th December 2020 has been a memorable day for all of us. We usually associate Christmas as a day to spend with our loved ones, celebrating together and having fun over Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, this was not the case this year due to the pandemic, and we have all had to spend this special day isolated from each other.
Despite the pandemic, below is a composed list of how some families celebrated Christmas this this year:

Zoom Friends and family members who people weren’t able to see this Christmas connected online via Zoom, this was especially great for those spending Christmas alone (e.g. elderly relatives) where social interaction is a key, to fill the void of any loneliness in this time usually associated of family and companionship.
