Vincent surrendered to police and now is booked into the San Francisco jail. The new Development Comes as vincent was due in court at 9 00 for a hearing on the embarcadero attack. We now are learning he surrendered for an earlier attempted assault and that one allegedly involved a knife and investigators said the new warrant was obtained for an alleged assault that happened in february and that reportedly happened near fourth and brannan street. Police said he approached a woman and her friends as they waited for a rideshare car and allegedly threatened to kill the woman. The victims fled and were not old, peez kosarian, anshowing the brutal attack. Paneez kosarian struggled to enter the lobby of her own condominium and the attack happened next door to where a planned Navigation Center would go for the homeless.
