A 23-year-old transient, Kyle William Krites, was arrested Nov. 6, 8:30 p.m. in the 500 block of North Carson Street on a felony warrant issued out of Lyon County, Oct. 7, 2014, alleging statutory sexual seduction, a class C felony, a Carson City sheriff s deputy said.
