Reporter former President Trump is expected to come here to washington to appear in person for this hearing which is expected to be both an initial appearance and also an arraignment. It is unclear if well see him arrive because this federal courthouse, it is designed to deal with people who have Security Details and vips. So it would be easy for him to pull into the underground garage and we wont get to see him at all. But once he is inside the federal courthouse where of course there are no cameras, he is effectively under arrest and it is expected that he will be processed like any other defendant but we dont expect a mug shot because those are used to identify suspects if they go on the lam. guy. ashley is here. the case has baffled investigators over a decade. today, police finally identify the suspect. greg sherman is a demon that walks among us. a predator that ruins families. if not for the members of this task force, he would still be on tp streets today. 59-year-old rex herman. he pled not guilty. he did say in tears that i didn t do this. we didn t have any evidence, this is the beginning of the case. everybody is presumed innocent in our country. early this morning, police swarmed his home on long island. it is not far from where the bodies were found. the charges are linked to three murders, all women and he s the prime suspect for a fourth that may be connected as many as ten. the investigation begins in 2010 with the search of missing 23-year-old shannon gilberts. police discovered the bodies of four other women now down as the gilgo four. back in january, they found dna on pizza crusts that connected him to three of the murders. documents
